YouthPlaces Summer Session,

6th – 8th grades

6 CAMP LOCATIONS: Downtown – Northside  – Northview Heights -Pleasant Ridge – McKeesport – Wilkinsburg

Middle School Youth in grades 6 thru 8 from all over Pittsburgh will gather at YP for a summer full of fun and activities.  Every day will be filled with friends, food, and discovery and safe social distancing.  Breakfast and Lunch will be served through our Summer Feeding Program.

Registration is only being accepted online.  As we are currently in the process of re-opening, please NO PHONE CALLS to the office, as there will not be anyone there to answer. Please complete the registration form and one of our staff will follow up promptly.

YP Summer Camp Pre-Registration

Please complete this form to begin the process of securing your child's place in one of six STEM, ARTS and REC camps for summer 20'. Information contained within this form enables us to qualify your student for the FREE 6 week camp. COVID-19 PREVENTION: We currently operate under strict guidelines for cleanliness at our sites. However, we will increase the frequency of cleaning and sanitizing throughout the facilities, and take recommended extra precautions to prevent the spread of any communicable disease.
  • YouthPlaces communicates via email all updates/changes and other information upon enrollment of your child.
  • Please provide the phone number where you are most reachable.
  • This information is required by Allegheny County Department of Human Services and the PA Department of Education to determine eligibility for your child to attend YouthPlaces complete free of charge.
  • We will have a total of 110 slots available for summer camps/programming for youth whom are rising 6th graders through 8th grade (just graduated included). Acceptance is first come, first served basis. YouthPlaces youth who attended during the year are given priority, but parent must complete the registration form.
    YP will keep doing our part to prevent the spread of illness by taking everyday preventive actions such as staying home when sick, covering coughs, washing hands often with soap and water, and routinely cleaning frequently-touched surfaces and objects.
